EssentialPIM Pro is the advanced version of EssentialPIM , a small tool that works to organize businesses and personal lives. With EssentialPIM Pro you can securely plan, administer contacts, follow a task list and organize your notes.



This application has a very intuitive interface, with shortcuts and simple tools to find what you want quickly. Also, it installs an icon in the system tray with a shortcut key to start and configure the program.



All the data stored in EssentialPIM Pro can be password protected, coded via 128bit algorithms for the best security. All the data can be imported and exported to other formats, like HTML, RTF; CSV, TXT and TreePad, or if you prefer, you can synchronize the program with Microsoft Outlook or with Outlook Express.



EssentialPIM Pro has four main tools:



- Calendar (Appointments): with a very different colourful and easy to read interface where you can note down your appointments, configure tasks and periodic events, that you can print off as days, weeks or months.

- Task List: it has a simple tree structure that has categories, priorities, running status, end-by dates and even reminders. It has a quick and effective search system to easily find planned task lists.

- Note administrator: it is a tool to very personally organize your data. With a horizonatal data structure as a tree or table. The quantity of notes and sheets is unlimited. You can insert photos, drawings, tables or any type of images or text.

- Contact administrator: contact list in which you can register an Outlook address book, with a collection of flexible fields that lets you freely add new fields. It has an adjustable interface that lets you see its information perfectly.
